Our fully qualified and insured team of assessors are dedicated to meeting prompt turnaround times in an attempt to avoid any costly delays for you. Our assessors will attend your property to measure-up, inspect loft spaces for insulation and draw a detailed floor plan. Our assessors will be looking to gather data regarding the energy performance of the property, including anything to do with the production, usage and loss of heat and ventilation. An average inspection takes around 30 minutes depending on the size of the property. We do not out-source our work, all EPC's will be carried out by our own employed and insured assessors.
